The speaker will be Attorney Tom Owens, a candidate for Circuit Court Judge in Division 11 District 3. Business agenda items include accepting reservations and payment for the Tuesday December 17t annual Christmas Dinner at Colonel Steak House, a February Lincoln-Reagan Dinner update and reports from elected officials.
