All Jefferson County offices will close at 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, for the Southeast Arkansas District Livestock and Rodeo Parade.
The parade will be held at 4:45 p.m. beginning at Fifth Avenue and Convention Center Drive and travel to Fifth Avenue and Cherry Street.
