The 65th annual Farmers Appreciation Fish Fry will feature the Conyer Family, the 2017 Jefferson County Farm Family of the Year.
The fish fry will be held Thursday, Oct. 26, according to a press release from the Pine Bluff Regional Chamber of Commerce.
The family includes Lawrence “Wink” and Edna M. Conyer, daughters Masherrl Conyer and Lawanna Conyer Harris, son Kelcey Conyer, and great-grandson Kingston Conyer.
The Arkansas Farm Bureau has sponsored the Farm Family of the Year program since 1947.
