With the Kind Cotton Holiday Basketball tournament set to begin on Dec. 27, the Pine Bluff Convention Center has announced policies for fans planning to attend the games. They include the following:
1. No outside food or beverages
2. No food vendors are allowed on parking lots around the convention center, hotel, and
City Hall parking lots
3. A $10.00 charge on the controlled parking lots. No reentry upon leaving the parking

4. No outside alcohol allowed in the convention center
5. No Smoking inside the convention center
6. Any unlawful items are subject to confiscation and the person in possession of such
items is subject to arrest
7. No balloons or noisemakers
8. No backpacks, fanny packs. Purses larger than 10”x10” are prohibited
9. No weapons
10. Vehicles parked illegally will be towed
11. Everyone must go through a security checkpoint to gain entry to the event. All carried
items and entrants will be subject to search. Prohibited items must be returned to the
owner’s car or discarded
