Raised garden beds are available for adopting in the community garden at First United Methodist Church, Seventh Avenue and Chestnut Street.
It is almost time to plant cool season vegetables, a spokesman said. People who want to adopt a garden bed should call the church office at 535-0935 or Susan Buckner at 556-2201.
