Community Empowerment Council (CEC) Inc. is giving away toys through the Toys for Tots program. Applications can be picked up between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 1o, at 1711 S. Ohio St., according to a news release.
Applicants must bring proof of residence, income, government assistance, a state issued identification, birth certificate and Social Security card for each child, ages 1 to 10.
