The Community Empowerment Council Inc. of Pine Bluff will host its first awards banquet from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, April 7, at Prince Hall Grand Lodge, 2906 E. Harding Ave.
The banquet will honor outstanding community leaders. The event will include dinner and entertainment. Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for children 12 year old and younger.
