The community is invited to a public hearing about community development grants at 5 p.m. Thursday, July 28, at the city council chambers at the Pine Bluff Civic Center.
The hearing is about the use the 2017 funding for the community development block grant, home program funds, public housing capital grant funds and emergency shelter block grant funds, according to a press release from the city of Pine Bluff Economic and Community Development Department.
