A public hearing will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday at Pine Bluff City Council chambers at the civic center.
The purpose is to receive input on the 2015-2019 strategic plan and the use of 2015 funding for community development block grant, home program funds, public housing capital grant funds and emergency shelter block grant funds.
The public is invited to participate and make comments.
