The Arkansas Waterways Commission awarded the Pine Bluff-Jefferson County Port Authority a $1 million grant to go toward needed maintenance at the port terminal at the Port of Pine Bluff in the Harbor Industrial District. The Economic Development Alliance for Jefferson County worked with Watco Terminal & Port Services on the grant application, according to a news release.
