The Heart-N-Hands Extension Homemaker’s Club held its meeting and Christmas party at the Pursuit Church in White Hall.
President Jody Stout welcomed everyone. She thanked Connie Herrin and Sandy Smith for taking the club’s donations of caps and dolls to the Festival of Stars benefiting Arkansas Children’s Hospital, according to a news release.
Also, during the meeting, Kaye Richardson discussed the backpack program at Pursuit Church. The backpack program benefits five White Hall schools and two Pine Bluff schools with weekend meals for students who qualify for the program. The club voted to donate 600 items to the backpack program during the EHC year.
The meeting adjourned and members had a Christmas party.

The club celebrated with a treat table with items to take home and a luncheon featuring finger foods and desserts.
They exchanged gifts by playing the Left-Right Game.
They also had a sweater contest. During the party, members including Lynda Toler, Jody Stout, Brenda Robinson and Delores Kelley modeled their sweaters.
