The Jefferson County Civitan Club will meet at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3 at the Donald Reynolds Building. The agenda will focus on projects such as fundraising activities, the Yolanda Whitelow Can Drive for Thanksgiving, which is a memorial event for Whitelow, as well as the Christmas parade, which is slated slated for Dec. 3.
