A ground-breaking ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. Friday to celebrate the U.S. 63 and Interstate 530 Sewer Extension Project.
The ceremony will be held near Ridgway Road and U.S. 63 South, according to a spokesman with the city of Pine Bluff Economic and Community Development Department.
