Christmas Potluck slated for Dec. 25

The 2022 Pine Bluff Community Christmas Potluck will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Christmas Day, Dec. 25, at the Pine Bluff High School Cafeteria.

Plans are underway to help feed the hungry and homeless on Christmas Day and the potluck needs volunteers. Donations of food, beverages and toys can be delivered beginning at 8:30 a.m. Dec. 25, according to a news release.

“Pine Bluff Community Christmas Potluck needs you,” said Mary Liddell, Pine Bluff community outreach coordinator.

“Those who have a heart to serve and time to give are asked to make a special sacrifice to support the 14th annual Christmas Potluck at the Pine Bluff High School Cafeteria.”

Volunteers are needed to help prepare and serve the plates, provide vegetables dishes, desserts and drinks.

“Volunteers please let me know your available time by sending an email to marylddll@yahoo.com,” Liddell said.

“You can prepare a vegetable dish such as corn, peas, string beans, greens, potatoes and dressing. Just let me know what you plan to donate.

If you fix a dish and need it to be picked up, let me know before Christmas Eve.

You can also make a monetary donation.”

“I thank God for the citizens of Pine Bluff,” Liddell said.
