JCCSI Child Care Links and Parents as Teachers, 1203 W. Pullen St., will hold a mini fall festival from 4-5 p.m. Monday at the center. Activities include face painting, musical chairs, kiddy fishing, limbo and bowling. Snacks will be provided.
