The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department will conduct a ribbon-cutting dedication for the completion of the widening of U.S. 79B in front of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
The ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 23, and will also feature Mayor Debe Hollingsworth along with officials and business leaders.
