A ribbon cutting will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at 2301 Gwen Buckingham St. where area officials will celebrate the development of the Super Block Housing Development Phase I on the north side of Pine Bluff.
Participants will include representatives from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Jefferson County Community Development Corp., city of Pine Bluff, Family Community Development Corp. and University Park community.
