The Carnell Russ Branch NAACP will host its first annual community MLK Day breakfast, “Preserving the Dream,” on Monday, Jan. 21, beginning at 9 a.m. at the Star City Civic Center at 201 Liberty Ave. There will be speakers, choirs, dancers and more.
