The Jefferson County College and Career Expo will be held 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 5, at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.
Hosted by Jefferson County high school career coaches, the expo is part of Jefferson County Career Week.
The expo will include more than 700 Southeast Arkansas students as well as participants from businesses and colleges. The event is free and will include lunch.
The keynote speaker is Brian Aspell, vice president of Champion Cooler. Aspell is a business leader known for developing a successful training program in which high school students learn skilled trades.
