The Arkansas Black Democratic Caucus will sponsor a Meet the Candidates forum on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the fine arts auditorium at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
All candidates are invited, a spokesman said.
Organizers will allow each candidate to speak for one minute and then contested candidates will be asked one question from a panel and allowed 2 minutes to answer.
