Central Arkansas Development Council will distribute U.S. Department of Agriculture Commodity foods May 13-14 in Dallas County.
Distributions will begin at 9 a.m. at the CADC office at Fordyce and First Baptist Church at Sparkman. Items may include canned apricots, canned pears, cream style corn, whole kernel corn, mixed vegetables, white sliced potatoes and frozen chicken leg quarters.
Participants must present identification and meet income guidelines based on 130 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. A one person household must make less than $14,937 per year to qualify for this program. For each additional family member, add $5226.
