The Jefferson County Cooperative Extension Service is asking local businesses to participate in a Countywide Business Challenge for Walk Across Arkansas – Fall 2018.
The Walk Across Arkansas 5k Run/Walk starts Sunday, Sept. 16, and ends Saturday, Nov. 10.
“Arkansas is ranked #1 in strokes in the United States,” according to a news release. “By increasing the number of steps taken each day, a person can improve their overall health and help improve that statistic.”
