Free financial educational, planning and management classes are available Tuesdays at 7 p.m. at Unity Christian Fellowship Church, 2712 S. Bay St. Each session covers a broad range of topics.
The instructor is Anthony Armstrong, pastor of Unity Christian, and business analyst for the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, Small and Minority Business Division, according to a news release.
“Financial education and planning fosters financial stability for individuals, families, and entire communities,” Armstrong said in the release. “The more people know about credit and banking services, the more likely they are to increase savings, buy homes, and improve their financial health and well being.”
