Noel ‘Bud’ Bryant (right) and his wife, Gail, display the Lifetime Achievement Award he recently received at the Mental Health Advocacy Fundraising Dinner. The Southeast Arkansas Behavioral Healthcare System Inc. presented the award to Bryant at the Pine Bluff Country Club. Bryant has served as a deacon at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pine Bluff for over 22 years. For more than 34 years, he served as a member of the board of directors of the behavioral healthcare system and as chairman of the board for 28 years, according to a news release.
