The Kiwanis Club of Pine Bluff presented a $250 donation to the Boys & Girls Club of Jefferson County in support of its mission to provide safe, enriching programs for youth in the community.
The presentation was made with representatives from both organizations: Phil McBee, John Henry, Boys & Girls Club Executive Director Tavante Calhoun, Joni Alexander Robinson and Bill Reid.
“The Boys & Girls Club plays an essential role in shaping the future of Jefferson County,” Kiwanis Club’s Henry said. “This contribution aligns with our ongoing commitment to support organizations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.”
The Kiwanis Club is part of a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time. The local club meets every second and fourth Wednesday.
