The Jefferson County Board of Election Commissioners will meet at 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17, at the election center, 123 Main St.
Agenda items include ballot position drawings for the general election and Pine Bluff School District board election; replacement voting equipment pickup status and storage; roof repair status and public comments on new business agenda items (two minutes per speaker), according to a news release.
New business includes a supplemental budget appropriation request, assign Phillips Road to voting precinct 32, discuss meeting in the quorum court room to accommodate the county judge and approve invoices for payment, according to a news release.
