Sederick C. Rice, assistant professor of biology at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, has been appointed through a Sept. 3 Pine Bluff City Council resolution to the Board of Trustees of the Arts and Science Center of Southeast Arkansas.
Rice is a 1994 UAPB graduate.
