Belair Middle School, 1301 Commerce Road, invites parents to attend the first nine weeks honors assemblies Thursday, Nov. 5. Assemblies will be held for Team 6B 7:40 a.m.; Team 6A 8:40 a.m.; Team 5A 9:40 a.m.; and Team 5B 10:35 a.m.
Belair also reminds parents that school will be closed Friday, Nov. 6, for the Arkansas Education Association professional development day for educators.
“Please make sure that our students are reading during their day off from school. Each student has a book that they signed out from our school library,” a spokesman said.
