Belair Middle School will hold its Benchmark rally at 1 p.m. Wednesday. The program is to encourage students to do well on the upcoming Benchmark exams.
The guest speaker will be Shawn Morrow, an entertainer, rapper and graduate from Pine Bluff High School and Stanford University.
