Pine Bluff Police Department Assistant Chief Ivan Whitfield was recently awarded a an honorary first degree black belt by the American Taekwondo Association, Songahm Taekwondo Federation, for his years of dedicated service to the city of Pine Bluff and surrounding communities.
The belt was presented by Chief Master Richard Anderson and Kelvin Hadley Jr.
