The release of the second edition of Aspire Arkansas and companion paper, Aspire Actions, includes updated statistics and ideas for how to take action in Arkansas communities like Pine Bluff. County-specific data from the first report published in 2011 have been used over the past two years to help Arkansans determine how their communities are faring on important quality-of-life issues.
Community Foundation affiliates like Pine Bluff Area Community Foundation have made grants and built partnerships to address the areas identified through this data analysis. Statewide organizations and government entities have used the statistics to better understand issues and provide smarter answers to those they serve.
