Arnett Murphy (pictured) turns 90 today. His family says Murphy, a Sherrill native but now a Pine Bluff resident, is a “strong advocate for community and church” and they are inviting the public to help him celebrate this “momentous milestone.” Murphy retired from Union Pacific Railroad. He has been a member of the Corinth Baptist Church in Sherrill for many years, where he is also a deacon. (Special to The Commercial)
