The Arkansas Trail of Holiday Lights returns for its 23rd year with a statewide celebration of the holiday season featuring parades, lighting ceremonies, open houses, Santa visits, concerts, live nativities, illuminated displays and more.
A Pine Bluff area site is the Enchanted Land of Lights and Legends at Regional Park. For the 22nd season, the Pine Bluff Festival Association is presenting the state’s largest drive-through holiday lights display which will be open from 6-9 p.m. daily through Dec. 31.
