The Arkansas Rice Farmers will hold elections for the ARF Board of Directors on Jan. 30 at the Arkansas Rice Annual Meeting in Stuttgart. Arkansas farmers interested in seeking a position on the ARF Board of Directors must submit a written request for a candidate petition from the Arkansas Rice Farmers Board by Dec. 16. Requests must be submitted by email to Katherine@noblestrat.com. Petitions should include 15 signatures of support from USDA FSA registered rice farmers and a candidate biography. The deadline to submit a petition is Jan. 3.
