Arkansas County Farmers Market was one of 21 recipients of the Arkansas Farmers Market Promotion Program. The Arkansas Agriculture Department and Farm Credit announced recipients of the program in a news release recently.
Grants were funded by Farm Credit and established as a program by both agencies to help farmers markets fund promotional items to build awareness of market locations and offerings, according to a press release.
