The Mid Southern Watercolorists organization and the Arkansas Arts Center will host a special viewing and gallery talk on the “Masters of the American Water Color Exhibition” and the 54th annual Delta Exhibition from 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Arkansas Arts Center at Little Rock.
A reception will also be held during this event.
