A town hall meeting at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff regarding smoking has been cancelled for Sept. 10, according to a news release.
“What’s the Real Cost of Keeping Secondhand Smoke in Casinos?” was to be the topic of the event set by the Minority Initiative Sub-Recipient Grant Office and the Minority Research Center on Tobacco and Addictions at UAPB.
