The Hearin-Connolly Unit No. 32 American Legion Auxiliary will distribute poppy flowers on Poppy Day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at Brookshire’s on West 28th Avenue.
The event will honor veterans and their families. Proceeds will go to help help veterans, a spokeswoman said.
