The kindergarten through 1st grade spelling bee for James Matthews and Martin Elementary schools in the Dollarway School District was held at Martin on Jan. 5.
The kindergarten winner for the district was Lyle’Ana Unsifo of James Matthews. Jamiya York, a student at Altheimer Martin was the first place, first grade winner of the district.
The first place, third grade winner was Davion Branch, a student at Martin Elementary.
