Jefferson Comprehensive Care System Inc. announces its Altheimer Clinic will hold a Back-to-School Health Fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday.
School supplies, door prizes, immunizations and refreshments will be offered. For immunizations, parents must be present with the child.
