Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Delta Sigma Lambda Chapter, in conjunction with the Southeast Arkansas Jewel Foundation, will honor community leaders during the All Black Affair with a Touch of Gold.
The event will be held at 7:06 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.
Outstanding community jewels to be honored are Ford Trotter, Marty Casteel, Scott Patillo, Mary Lidell, Sissy Jones, Carolyn Blakely and Ryan Watley, according to a news release.
