A reported armed disturbance at a house on Arkansas 365 Saturday resulted in the arrest of a man who pointed a firearm at another person.
Jeremy Speights, 32, was allegedly attending a party at the house when he had words with another person, then pointed a gun at the other person.
Deputy Prosecutor Bryan Achorn said Speights had multiple prior felony convictions.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $10,000 bond for Speights after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with aggravated assault and with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Speights said he would hire his own attorney.
