Fourth Ward Alderman Steven Mays of Pine Bluff recently attended a one-day project management workshop in Little Rock at the Double Tree Hotel.
Mays, chairman of city council public works committee, earned six continuing education units at the seminar.
The event was sponsored and taught by a representative of the Fred Pryor Seminars. The purpose was to teach construction managers and municipal leaders how to master the art of project planning.
