Two cities in Southeast Arkansas will be sites for mobile office locations for Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge’s staff in September.
Mobile sites include: Bradley County — Tuesday, Sept. 5, from 10–11:30 a.m., at the Bradley County Municipal Building at Warren; and Drew County — Thursday, Sept. 14, from 10–11:30 a.m., at the Monticello Senior Citizens Center at Monticello.
The mobile offices assist constituents with consumer related issues in filing consumer complaints against scam artists. Staff will also be available to answer questions about the office and the other services it offers, according to a news release.
Also, Rutledge encourages Arkansans to bring their old, unused or expired prescription medications to a mobile office where law enforcement will be available to handle a secure box and properly dispose of the drugs.
