The Community Services Office of Hot Springs is providing the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) in several Southeast Arkansas counties, according to a news release.
Residents may apply for LIHEAP at the following offices from 9 a.m. to noon on these days:
Pine Bluff — Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Economic Opportunities Commission (EOC), 1201 W Pullen St. — Monday through Friday;
Stuttgart — Arkansas County EOC accepting applications at the Pine Bluff EOC Monday through Friday;
Sheridan EOC — Grant County, 130 Grant 74 — Tuesday and Thursday;

Rison EOC — Cleveland County, 200 Main St. — Tuesday and Thursday;
Star City EOC — Lincoln County, 102 Victory St. — Monday and Wednesday.
