The Pine Bluff Commercial business offices
Area Agency on Aging of Southeast Arkansas and the Strachota Senior Center will be closed. SEAT (Southeast Arkansas Transportation) will run for dialysis and cancer patients only.
Also, the Jefferson County Recycling Center will be closed beginning Saturday, May 22, for the Memorial Day holiday weekend. The Recycling Center will reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday, May 26.
