State offices — State Capitol Offices and all state buildings will be closed. The State Capitol Building will, however, be open to visitors from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., according to a news release from Arkansas Secretary of State John Thurston.
County, city offices

Pine Bluff City Hall — to be closed Friday, May 24, and Monday, May 27.
Jefferson County Courthouse and related offices — to be closed Friday, May 24, and Monday, May 27.
Other agencies
Waste Management will be closed. Trash will be picked up one day behind schedule.
Liberty Utilities will be closed.
Pine Bluff Commercial offices will be closed.
Area Agency on Aging of Southeast Arkansas and the Strachota Senior Center will be closed Monday.
Southeast Arkansas Transportation will be closed, however the agency will run for cancer and dialysis patients only.
