Arkansas Community Organizations will hold a press conference to discuss the need for more city street lights. The event will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, at 300 Green Meadows Drive.
Organizers will discuss how additional street lights will help deter crime in Pine Bluff communities, especially where elderly and children reside.
