Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Tuesday, Jan. 5

Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, diced carrots, dinner roll, glazed yellow cake and milk.

Wednesday, Jan. 6

Sausage and pinto beans, parslied rice, turnip greens, cornbread, sugar cookie and milk.

Thursday, Jan. 7

Barbecue chicken, baked beans, French fries, hamburger bun, fruited cherry gelatin and milk.

Friday, Jan. 8

Sloppy Joe, tater gems, coleslaw, hamburger bun, apple cobble and milk.
