Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Monday, Aug. 29

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. walk away pounds

11 a.m. advanced exercise

11:45 a.m. lunch

Tuesday, Aug. 30

10 a.m. game time

11 a.m. birthday fun

Wednesday, Aug. 31

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

The lunch menu for the Strachota Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for the upcoming week is listed below:

Monday, Aug. 29

Baked chicken breast, lemon sauce, yellow rice, mixed vegetables, dinner rolls, Mandarin oranges and milk.

Tuesday, Aug. 30

Meat loaf, tomato gravy, whipped potatoes, parmesan tomatoes, dinner roll, strawberry swirl pudding and milk.

Wednesday, Aug. 31

Sliced ham, Swiss cheese, pasta salad, cucumber and tomato salad, wheat bread, peach half, mustard and milk.

Thursday, Sept. 1

Turkey breast with gravy, mashed spiced yams, mixed greens, cornbread, oatmeal cookie and milk.

Friday, Sept. 2

Meatballs with gravy, whipped potatoes, okra and tomatoes, dinner roll, fresh fruit and milk.
